Clinical Research Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Research Operations (Patient Screening). Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of remote pre-screening Clinical Research Coordinators, managing performance and quality Assess and improve patient pre-screening workflows, ensuring efficient and reliable patient identification Oversee operational management of pre-screening activities, including tracking and reporting key performance metrics Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in clinical research, healthcare operations, or related patient-facing roles Deep clinical foundation with experience in clinical research operations and site workflows Knowledge of clinical trial protocols and eligibility criteria Experience operating across the full clinical research lifecycle with a focus on operational strategy Familiarity with GCP, HIPAA, and applicable clinical research regulations
