The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination, distribution, and management of tasks in the internal departments of the Agency. The management of tasks and order of priority are in accordance with the clients' campaigns. Responsible for establishing priorities and ensuring that the projects and campaigns of the clients flow within the established dates. To be able to execute and comply with the processes established by the company, it will work in conjunction with the accounts, digital media, traditional media, production, planning, and finance departments. The person will use assertive communication with excellent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish. It will foster respectful and effective communication with clear and precise messages that promote credibility. It will maintain good communication with the teams, being empathetic with a positive attitude, leadership skills, and conflict management skills for problem resolution. It will set goals and participate in the planning of tasks for the fulfillment of deadlines. It will keep up to date with the processes it handles and complete its tasks with minimal supervision. It will elaborate strategies to improve processes for the benefit of the team. It will have the ability to influence, motivate, organize, and act to achieve individual and group objectives. It will be proactive and show interest in excelling with proposals that contribute to the client and the agency's creative standards, always seeking excellence and trying to have some of its ideas considered to participate in local and international creative festivals.
Responsibilities : It is the leader and liaison between departments. Anticipates, organizes, and educates to ensure that projects are completed, fostering coordination between teams. It ensures that each part of the project moves through the different departments, managing situations that may arise and ensuring the project's progress. Prepares and updates reports on the status and established deadlines of the project, keeping other team members informed. It is the point of reference for any questions regarding the flow of work, confirmations of guidelines, estimates, and final billing. It maintains control of the budget assigned for the project execution and ensures that it is invested assertively. It ensures that the quality of work is maintained in all printed materials. It ensures that the deadlines for sending work to different media (with the exception of TV, Radio, and Digital) are met. It also confirms that printed materials are delivered to the client on the agreed date. It determines when the team needs additional resources and seeks them internally; if not available, it informs to contract externally.
