Responsibilities

Responsible for entry and exit of employees, visits, and suppliers, as well as the security of the branch through camera system. Receive telephone or electronic requests from routes and customers, monitor and manage the SOFI route system and SNOW ticketing, as well as ensure the integrity of service data in the system.

Specific Tasks:

• Allow entry and exit to employees, visits, and suppliers, according to established security procedures.
• Receive telephone calls from routes to provide combos and perform the combo process.
• Receive telephone calls from routes to notify of any situation on the route and channel the calls appropriately.
• Receive calls from customers to request services and specials. Channel the calls appropriately.
• Provide / register the entry and exit of personnel and visits, according to established security procedures and logs.
• Make RPMS entries.
• Receive emails from customers and assign FLM services (e.g. Technical services, tech meets, Safepoints services).
• Receive emails from customers and assign services to routes (e.g. Bank remittance collections, customer requests).
• Monitor the security of the branch through camera system.
• Daily monitoring of ATM close seals.
• Monitoring of FLM services and routes.
• Archive FLM service orders on weekends.
• Receive calls from routes to add stops in SOFI.
• Monitor and work the SNOW ticketing system.
• Perform functions related to OUTBOUND / INBOUND / Inbound Service Orders of FLM in SOFI.
• Carry out other essential tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements

1- Fourth Year of High School 2 - Current Weapons License of Puerto Rico 3- Experience in data entry on computers, preferably with experience in Oracle and SOFI. 4- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5- Ability to read and write. 6- Ability to remain seated while receiving calls and entering data. 7- Manual ability to make entries and other clerical functions. Working Conditions: The job is performed in a closed area. The work area is maintained between 68 and 72 degrees Fahrenheit with low noise levels.
