Supporting the Preconstruction Department, the full-time Preconstruction Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and documentation support for estimating, budgeting, and proposal development while working onsite in Carrollton, Georgia. Key responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Preconstruction team, including maintaining preconstruction documentation and filing systems Assist with bid and proposal preparation, including compiling necessary documents and maintaining a complete Preconstruction Calendar Utilize software tools for coordinating communication with vendors and internal teams, and support reporting and tracking of preconstruction metrics Required qualifications: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with construction software is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with various stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven preconstruction environment Experience in administrative support within a construction or similar industry is preferred
