California Licensed Trust Officer

A company is looking for a Trust Officer responsible for fiduciary oversight and client relationship management of individual wealth management accounts. Key Responsibilities Manage estate settlement and trust administration, including asset inventory, debt payment coordination, and beneficiary distributions Oversee the management and disposition of trust-owned personal and real estate property Provide proactive client service and support new account onboarding, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies Required Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in trust administration and estate settlement Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and CTFA preferred Strong knowledge of trust administration principles and California Probate Code Experience with trust-owned real estate and unique assets Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with trust accounting systems
