A company is looking for a Senior Call Center Reporting Analyst. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain call center dashboards and reporting platforms Analyze and extract data from multiple databases using SQL or DAX Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on trends and performance data Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Prior call center experience is required Proficiency in SQL or DAX for data analysis Experience with reporting software and user training Ability to present and review data with senior leadership Understanding of compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations
