A company is looking for a Tax Manager to lead client engagements and provide strategic tax planning and compliance services. Key Responsibilities Provide consulting services and recommendations on business tax planning and compliance Review tax returns and make recommendations regarding accuracy and tax savings Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on tax projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree with a major in accounting Master's in Taxation or LLM in Taxation is a plus Strong technical skills in tax preparation, compliance, and research Experience in tax provisions is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements under tight deadlines
