A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Call Center Representative (Spanish Speaking). Key Responsibilities Maintain ongoing caseload of individuals to promote engagement and achievement of health goals Conduct telephonic and SMS outreach to ensure timely follow-up with members Support care management teams with delegated tasks and participate in systematic case reviews Required Qualifications 1+ years of professional experience in case management, care coordination, or healthcare call center setting Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong understanding of cultural fluency and ability to build trust with diverse populations High degree of empathy and ability to remain patient in challenging situations Reliable, HIPAA-compliant workspace with a stable internet connection
