Position Objectives:
You are responsible for providing an excellent service and you make sure to make each moment special for our clients. You demonstrate commitment, responsibility, and an open attitude to learn.
Functions:
- Contribute to the success of Starbucks by providing excellent service to all our clients.
- Create the Starbucks experience by providing fast service, delivering quality products and beverages, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
- Support the manager with hiring, training, and managing store staff to achieve the sales plan, control expenses, and protect company assets.
- Exceed personal and store sales goals and performance standards.
- Help in the formation and development of a successful sales team.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all partners.
- Recognize talented staff and develop them for growth within the company.
- Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in the absence of the store manager.
- Supervise and manage all aspects of loss prevention practices in the absence of the store manager and the manager in training.
- Effectively communicate all store needs to the store manager.
- Resolve customer service situations effectively.
- Provide a complete and fun service experience to all customers.
- Perform bank deposits
- Store opening/closing duty
- You show passion for coffee and for people.
- Cleaning skills, taking orders, beverage preparation, and teamwork skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum one (1) year experience in related labor or similar to the position. Sale of consumer products and/or food.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- You are responsible and have a great ability to work in a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environments.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work 40 hours a week.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends.
