Senior IT Sourcing Analyst

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior IT Strategic Sourcing Analyst will execute procurement processes, manage vendor negotiations for high-complexity IT goods and services contracts, and handle administrative tasks related to contract management. Key responsibilities Handle all aspects of contract negotiations, collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to facilitate contract completion Manage administrative tasks including updates, reporting, and utilizing procurement software Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders while identifying opportunities for cost savings Required qualifications Basic understanding of negotiating software and familiarity with standard contract terms (e.g., MSA/PSA, SaaS Agreements) Minimum of 7 years of related IT work experience or a Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience Proficiency in Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, One Note, and Coupa Ability to manage multiple contract negotiations concurrently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on emerging technology concepts
