The Director of Engineering, Puerto Rico is responsible for the technical and administrative management for Engineering resources located in and serving Puerto Rico. The disciplines overseen will include substations, transmission lines, distribution, protection and automation, and civil/structural. Responsibilities include financial performance, quality assurance, safety assurance, technical leadership, and resource management for design engineering and support resources. The Director will work closely with the Project Management Organization (PMO) and other Engineering Leadership for project resourcing and execution. They will support business development and business operations efforts and have a lead role in interfacing with other Practices. They will serve as a contact person for clients being supported by assigned Engineering resources. The Director will provide leadership, development, mentorship, management, and sound technical guidance in all aspects of our business. This position is located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
