General Description:

Responsible for assisting in the strategic development, oversight, and management of all company social media accounts. Creates and maintains strong relationships with both internal and external clients, to support the company's brand initiatives in line with established strategies and programs.

Essential Functions:

• Support the social media strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's short-term and long-term business goals across all platforms.
• Identify, apply, and ensure compliance with established content and writing guidelines, including Chapter 3 regulations related to marketing materials and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) presentation requirements.
• Plan, purchase, and optimize paid social media advertising (Social Ads) using the best strategy to reach target audiences and grow the follower base.
• Track and measure the performance of social media efforts, using management tools and generating traffic and analytics reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Analyze online conversations and brand mentions across social media channels to protect the company's reputation, identify risks, and escalate critical situations when needed.
• Collaborate with creative teams and agencies on the development and execution of campaigns, programs, and advertising initiatives, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for content development, working with internal departments, lines of business (LOB), and creative agencies to collect, document, and produce content.
• Plan and execute live events and livestreams on social media platforms, coordinating logistics, content, and real-time audience engagement.
• Manage and maintain the content calendar, including selecting, organizing, scheduling, and posting content, and recommending optimal publishing times based on data.
• Create original content for social media channels, including copy, graphics, short videos, reels, and stories aligned with brand voice and communication objectives.
• Monitor, moderate, and actively engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages and building relationships with target audiences.
• Maintain organized documentation and asset archives, ensuring all materials are properly stored and easily accessible for future reference.
• Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices.
• May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. At least two (2) years of experience performing similar functions and working with social media, marketing, or advertising.

Proven experience may be replaced by previously established requirements.

Certifications / Licenses: Not required.

Other: Proficiency in Hootsuite, Facebook Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Content Studio, Twitter Ads, and Bunker, among other tools for social media management and purchasing.

Languages:

• Spanish Advanced (comprehensive, writing, and verbal)
• English Intermediate (comprehensive, writing, and verbal)
