Buscamos un(a) Coordinador(a) de Proyectos que sea un(a) "Profesional de Verdad" y que acte como el nexo principal de nuestras operaciones en la regin sur. Sers responsable de la supervisin y coordinacin de nuestros proyectos, asegurando que cada trabajo se ejecute con la excelencia tcnica y la eficiencia que nos distingue. Tu liderazgo en campo ser crucial para que nuestros proyectos avancen en esta nueva etapa de crecimiento.

Tus responsabilidades principales:

• Liderazgo en campo: Supervisar directamente y coordinar las tareas diarias en los sitios de construccin, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos, la calidad y los estndares de Nexo Tcnico.
• Gestin tcnica: Asistir en la lectura e interpretacin de planos y documentacin del proyecto, garantizando que la ejecucin en campo sea un reflejo fiel del diseo tcnico.
• Control de proyectos: Organizar, actualizar y gestionar toda la documentacin tcnica, incluyendo reportes diarios, permisos, cronogramas y RFI.
• Logstica y recursos: Monitorear y gestionar activamente el inventario de materiales y los recursos del proyecto para garantizar la eficiencia y minimizar demoras.
• Campen(a) de la seguridad: Ser el principal responsable de implementar y velar por el cumplimiento de las polticas de seguridad en cada proyecto a tu cargo.
• Enlace estratgico: Servir como el punto de contacto principal entre el equipo de campo, la gerencia, clientes y proveedores en la Zona Sur, fomentando relaciones slidas basadas en la confianza y los resultados.

Lo que buscamos en ti: Un(a) profesional "Siempre Pa'lante"

• Residir en la Zona Sur de Puerto Rico (requisito indispensable).
• Bachillerato o grado tcnico en Ingeniera Civil, Construccin o un campo relacionado. (deseable)
• Experiencia previa en la industria de la construccin, preferiblemente en roles de supervisin o coordinacin.
• Dominio en la lectura e interpretacin de planos de construccin.
• Conocimiento de Google Workspace y/o plataformas similares (ej. Microsoft Office). Experiencia con software de gestin de proyectos es un plus.
• Demostrar iniciativa, un alto sentido de responsabilidad y la capacidad de "Echar el Resto" para resolver problemas y cumplir con los objetivos.
• Vehculo propio en buenas condiciones y disponibilidad para viajar a los proyectos dentro de la regin sur.
