Marketing Manager

Our client, a highly respected leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the strategic vision, integrated marketing plans, and brand growth across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary marketing functions.

The Marketing Manager will oversee communication, category, digital, and loyalty strategies to ensure cohesive brand positioning and strong business performance. This position requires a balance of strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on execution to support long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the marketing team, establishing clear goals and fostering collaboration.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across communication, category, digital, and loyalty.
• Build annual operating plans and manage marketing budgets.
• Evaluate and manage business partnerships and strategic alliances.
• Ensure brand clarity, consistency, and market relevance across all initiatives.
• Oversee creative briefing, concept evaluation, and final execution of marketing communication.
• Track performance metrics and report results to leadership.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members.
• Ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business Administration.
• 58 years of progressive experience in brand, communication, and category management.
• Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods or Quick Service Restaurants industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and multi-year projects.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and resolve issues effectively.
