Location: Puerto Rico (Relocation Assistance Available) Open to candidates outside the US Territory who are available to relocate Salary Range: USD $175,000 + by experience plus comprehensive benefits Shift: Administrative with work schedule flexibility as required to support 24/7 operations, requiring occasional after-hours engineering coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Graduate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Strategic Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in leadership roles managing teams and operations.
• Experience overseeing engineering, infrastructure, or large-scale operational projects
• Strong leadership, organizational, project management, negotiation, and change management skills.
• Experience working in regulated environments and commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for operational teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure safe, efficient, reliable, and high-performing operations while maintaining compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Manage operational and capital budgets, driving cost optimization and service excellence.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational transformation projects.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Foster a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, and professional development.
• Serve as a key liaison with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders as required.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and performance standards across all areas of responsibility.
