Job Description
The Associate I – Customer Service provides customer service, sales order, and inventory management support to the sales force, hospitals, clinics, and physicians. Under general supervision, this position ensures customer orders and inventory-related requests for products and services are handled accurately, efficiently, and promptly, including requests involving special circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma + 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field + customer service/order management experience within the medical device, biotechnology, or bio-instruments industry.
*Willing to work 100% On-Site in Arecibo
Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills. Demonstrated competence in English spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to process customer requests accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of applicable practices and procedures. Ability to learn and follow company products, policies, programs, and procedures. Ability to work effectively with sales representatives, hospitals, clinics, physicians, and internal teams.
