HandymanGuaynabo, Guaynabo, Puerto RicoAbout the Job HandymanMaintains the physical facilities of the Company in good condition through the fulfillment of the following responsibilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Carries out repairs and corrective maintenance of all facilities of the different companies as required.Carries out a maintenance itinerary of the facilities including, but not limited to painting, changing lights, cleaning, and repairing air conditioning units, and moving items among others.Serves as a liaison with service providers for the maintenance of the facilities and ensures that they meet the required service.Responds to emergency calls made by the Facilities Manager or high-level management staff.Carries out routine inspections of the facilities to ensure that they are in optimal condition.Prepares meeting rooms and conference rooms with the necessary chairs, tables, and materials for coordinated activities.Complies with standard operating procedures (SOP) and ensures that processes are carried out as planned.Offers support in special tasks and/or projects, as assigned.Education and/or Experience:High School Diploma. No experience is required for the performance of the functions exposed before.Licenses and/or Certifications:No licenses and/or certifications are required to perform the functions exposed before. However, for the optimal execution of its functions, additional licenses or certifications related to the position may be required.Language:Ability to read, write, and speak in the Spanish language.Physical Demands:The physical demands described below are those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
