We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride.Shift E / Turno E (Weekend Night / Fin de Semana Noche)545 p.m. a 615 a.m.Your Role at BaxterResponsible for verifying and checking that all quality requirements are met in the manufacturing processes according to specifications, SOPs, and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Documentation (GDP) and applicable current documents.What You Will Be DoingVerify materials and solvents according to BOM.Organize, clean, sanitize, and maintain the work area according to production standards and Sol 6S.Inspect production to detect defects and prepare it for packaging according to SOP and SPECs.Perform and participate in rework of non-conforming product.Manage the packaging process according to product specification requirements.Responsible for the movement of finished product to be packaged.Assemble components as required.Assist during meal breaks and rest periods to your colleagues.Operate machinery when required (supply materials, documentation parameters and tests etc) according to applicable Spec and SOP.Organize and classify all discarded material to be recycled.Availability to be trained and perform tasks of other positions of the same level.Prepare and print labels for the product according to specification requirements.Sign the labels of the product that has been inspected.Verify count of the entire production batch.Participate in protocol runs, validations, and audit processes when required.Dispose of material.Assist during the clear line process (Line Clearence) in code changes.Sample and inspect the product being manufactured, according to BOM, "SPEC" and applicable SOP.Document results of defects in the Infinity QS system when required.Document by manual means (e.g. Checker Chart) and/or electronic POMS system the information required by specifications and applicable procedures. This includes, but is not limited to parameters, test results, productions, and others.At the end of the batch closure, responsible for delivering all documentation to the "Group Leader".Use electronic system (Xinco) and/or manual for verification of current documentation.Use the required personal protective equipment.Comply at all times with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP) with company rules and EHS regulations.Responsible for continuous EHS inspections to identify and correct safety hazards and environmental aspects. Follow applicable procedures, and analyze EHS incidents (including near misses) to find causes and take corrective actions.Participate in on-the-job training of personnel in the certification process.Communicate any deviation in the process that impacts or could impact operational metrics (OEE, Quality, Safety, among others).What You Will Bring to the RoleDiploma of fourth year - Preferable - Experience in manufacturing, minimum of (2) two years in Quality or related areas.Basic knowledge in computers, specifications and graphical control procedures, TIQ certification, use of measuring equipment. Effective communication with staff.Skill in reading comprehension and good writing and documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to read and interpret English.Physical DemandsMedium Work: Exerts from 20 lbs to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or from 10 lbs. to 25 lbs. of force frequently, and/or an insignificant amount greater than 10 lbs. of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects. The physical requirements of the job exceed those of light work. According to the visual inspection area, it is required to meet the visual requirements tied to the "Physical Task Demand" (Physical Demand of the Position).
