In this role, you'll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.Responsibilities:The Manufacturing Technician is integral to the production process, responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment to uphold the highest quality standards.This role involves monitoring production activities, troubleshooting issues, and supporting process improvements. With a focus on detail and safety, the Manufacturing Technician helps maintain the smooth and efficient functioning of the manufacturing operations.Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems involving the movement of physical components in the manufacturing area.Assisting engineers with developing technical solutions related to the operation and performance of devices and systems.Installs, repairs, and upgrades components of mechanical devices and systems in the manufacturing area.Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment.Conducts quality assurance/control tests and procedures.Qualifications:Associate/Bachelor Degree (Electronic, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology or related)Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power PointFluent in Spanish and EnglishSAP knowledgeVision System basic knowledgePLC basic knowledgeProficient Knowledge on the interpretation of electrical and mechanical schematicsTroubleshooting knowledge on electronic and mechanical components, equipment or systems.Quality Consulting Group, LLC is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
