This is a hybrid role, requiring the candidate to be on-site 2-3 days per week at our office in San Juan, Puerto Rico.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Facilities POC:Maintain employee parking passesMaintain employee and visitor office badgesReceive packagesCoordinate with building manager for any maintenance, inspections, or required drillsStock office supplies and maintain inventoryIn Office Events:Assist with research, planning, and coordination of team eventsAssist with planning and coordination of meetingsAssist with research, planning, and coordination of CSR eventsCertifications:Coordinate gathering certifications needed to do business in PR from government agenciesPMO Activities:Enter/review team members' expense reportsOther:Assist with translation of documents from Spanish to English and English to SpanishRequired qualifications to be successful in this role:Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills and must be outgoing and proactive in order to accomplish tasksExperience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Flexibility, ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environmentAttention to detailExcellent verbal/written skills in both English and Spanish
