Accounting ClerkThe Accounting Clerk position will work closely with the Accounting Manager and will be responsible for billing customers, preparing sales reports by client and product, registering and processing all documentation for accounts payable, providing reports and updating product inventory for sales, providing necessary documentation to the client. Will assist in any other task assigned by the supervisor.Responsibilities include:Reviewing customer invoices (sending invoices, applying authorized discounts, manifests, credits, and statements of account)Creating clients in the systemUpdating client files (Merchant Registration, Dispensary License, Municipal IVU Exemption, etc.)Preparing sales reports by dispensary and productApplying customer payments in the systemProviding necessary documentation for bank depositsCommunicating with delinquent customers and assisting the Accounting Manager in sending collection letters to clientsPreparing purchase orders (PO), receipts of purchase orders in the system, and sending corresponding documentation to accounts payableProviding reports of available products from inventory (weekly)Assisting the salesperson with available product information and reviewing received purchase ordersPreparing reports for final and monthly IVU paymentPerforming and sending "Aging Receivable" reports to management (weekly)Performing and sending report of received sales orders (weekly)Preparing and coordinating delivery routes and communication with the transporter (weekly)Using sales report to prepare salesperson commission and monthly arbitrios and IVUMonitoring manual receiving with corresponding Biocann department personnel
