Technical Installer Efficiency MonitorThis position is responsible for monitoring and measuring the efficiency of Installation Technicians. Maintains a log of activities and/or completed work. Assists installers with their routes and service orders. Must maintain continuous communication with technicians, sending them necessary information about services and providing follow-up. Customer service, collecting, arranging, and verifying data before entering the system.Key Requirements:Diploma of fourth year or GED.Associate degree in Office System Administration, billing, or related field is preferred.Minimum two years of previous experience in similar labor.Proficiency in the use of computers, keyboard, and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, among others).Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.Ability to work in a team, project professionalism, and be assertive.Respectful with all staff, coworkers, and clients.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Analytical ability and attention to detail.Good time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting assigned deadlines.High standards of responsibility, honesty, ethics, and confidentiality.Ability to identify problems, analyze their causes, and resolve them in a timely manner.Compensation varies according to the qualifications of the position.
