Bilingual Recruitment Operations CoordinatorDo you have experience coordinating administrative processes, managing documentation, or supporting recruitment and human resources teams?Our client, an established organization located in Salinas, Puerto Rico, is seeking an organized and proactive Bilingual Recruitment Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to its recruitment team.This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, coordinate schedules, and support a fast-paced recruitment operation.About the RoleThe Bilingual Recruitment Operations Coordinator will support the recruitment team with interview scheduling, candidate communication, document management, data entry, reporting, and follow-up throughout the hiring process.This individual will work closely with recruiters and internal stakeholders to help maintain organized workflows, accurate candidate records, and timely completion of recruitment activities.The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, service-oriented, and comfortable working with confidential information, digital systems, and multiple deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team.Coordinate interviews, meetings, calendars, and other recruitment-related activities.Communicate scheduling information and process updates to candidates.Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and internal databases.Review applications and documents for completeness and accuracy.Assist with job postings and candidate application management.Support recruiters with résumé review, candidate follow-up, and interview coordination.Monitor pending recruitment activities and follow up on outstanding items.Prepare recruitment reports, status updates, and operational documents.Assist with preemployment and onboarding documentation as needed.Maintain organized electronic files and protect confidential candidate information.Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal departments.Identify workflow issues and communicate them to the appropriate team member.Support recruitment events, outreach activities, and special projects when required.Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.QualificationsAssociate or bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Office Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in administrative support, operations coordination, recruitment, human resources, or a related environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple assignments, candidates, schedules, and deadlines simultaneously.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office applications.Experience using an applicant tracking system, HRIS, CRM, or similar database is preferred.Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information.Professional and service-oriented approach when communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with a team.English and Spanish proficiency is preferred.Compensation$16.00 per hourIf you are an organized and proactive professional who enjoys coordinating processes, supporting teams, and contributing to a positive candidate experience, we encourage you to apply.TPIS is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO Employer / Affirmative Action for Females, Individuals with Disabilities, and Veterans).
