De igual forma, la posición de "Executive Assistant" tendrá como visión principal optimizar la eficiencia administrativa, anticipándose a las necesidades, garantizando una comunicación fluida y contribuyendo al éxito global de la empresa.Tareas y responsabilidades laborales esenciales:Responder y dirigir llamadas telefónicasOrganizar y programar reuniones y citasEscribir y distribuir correos electrónicos, cartas comerciales, faxes y formulariosRealizar la preparación de informes/presentaciones/reportes programados regularmenteDesarrollar y mantener un sistema de archivoActualizar y mantener políticas y procedimientos de oficinaOrdenar suministros de oficina e investigar nuevas ofertas y proveedoresMantener listas de contactosReservar arreglos de viajePresentar y conciliar informes de gastosBrindar apoyo general a visitantesActuar como punto de contacto para clientes internos y externosRepresentar a Presidencia en la Junta de Directores.Experiencia, educación, habilidades y conocimientos requeridos:Experiencia mínima de cinco (5) años en el área administrativaExcelentes habilidades de organización y atención al detalle.
