Bilingual Client Service ManagerOur client, an established organization located in Salinas, Puerto Rico, is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Bilingual Client Service Manager to support client relationships, coordinate service delivery, and help ensure operational needs are addressed efficiently.This position is ideal for a professional with strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.About the RoleThe Client Service Manager will serve as a primary point of contact between the organization and its clients. This individual will be responsible for understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring service delivery, resolving concerns, and maintaining clear and professional communication.The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while providing an excellent client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for assigned clients.Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Understand client expectations, operational requirements, service priorities, and deadlines.Coordinate with internal departments to support timely and accurate service delivery.Monitor client requests, open items, deliverables, and follow-up activities.Provide clients with timely updates regarding services, projects, and operational matters.Identify and resolve service concerns, escalating matters when necessary.Participate in client meetings and prepare relevant updates, reports, or documentation.Maintain accurate records of client communications, requests, decisions, and follow-up actions.Monitor service quality and recommend improvements to strengthen the client experience.Support the implementation of new client processes, services, or operational initiatives.Manage multiple priorities and changing operational needs in a professional and organized manner.Perform additional duties based on business and client needs.QualificationsFull professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, is required.Advanced professional English communication skills are required.Previous experience in client services, account management, operations, project coordination, business administration, or a related field is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills.Demonstrated ability to resolve concerns and manage sensitive client situations professionally.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client needs simultaneously.Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Availability to work onsite in Salinas, Puerto Rico.Schedule and CompensationSchedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours.Additional hours may be required based on operational needs.Classification: Full-time, exempt position.Compensation: $2,019.23 biweekly, equivalent to approximately $50,000 annually.If you are a bilingual professional who enjoys building relationships, resolving challenges, and coordinating services in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.TPIS is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO Employer / Affirmative Action for Females, Individuals with Disabilities, and Veterans).
