Remote Customer Booking Administrator

About the Position

We're looking for organized, customer-focused individuals to assist with booking requests, client communication, and the administrative details that help keep plans running smoothly.

As a Customer Booking Administrator, you'll work with clients to gather information, research available options, coordinate reservations, and keep important details organized throughout the process. You'll also assist with confirmations, changes, scheduling, and follow-up while helping provide a professional and responsive customer experience.

This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people, researching options, and managing details behind the scenes.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Your Day-to-Day

Responsibilities may include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and booking requests
• Gathering dates, preferences, budgets, and other relevant information
• Researching available options based on individual customer needs
• Assisting with reservations and scheduled arrangements
• Organizing confirmations, reference information, and important dates
• Providing customers with updates and next-step information
• Following up when additional information or decisions are needed
• Processing changes and adjustments to existing arrangements
• Maintaining accurate customer records using online systems
• Reviewing booking details before completion to help ensure accuracy
• Assisting with accommodations, transportation, activities, or other scheduled services when applicable
• Providing continued support throughout the customer process
