As an ACEP Support Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming RSVP phone calls for one of our premier lead sources known as advertised community education events. Your primary role will be interacting with potential customers and maintaining the RSVP process to ensure that these events run smoothly.
This role requires someone with customer service skills, strong work ethic, an upbeat and positive attitude and the ability to communicate in multiple formats (phone, email, chat etc.)
