ZTR is in search of a Field Service Engineer to support out major U.S. customers. This role requires someone who works well independently while remaining a strong collaborator and team player. The successful candidate will serve as ZTR’s on-site technical representative, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders. The position involves hands-on troubleshooting, system commissioning, customer training, and resolution of complex technical issues. This role is based in the United States, in East St. Louis, Illinois or North Little Rock, Arkansas, and reports directly to the Technical Service Manager in London, Ontario, Canada.
