We are currently seeking a Digital Operations Support professional for a new market, to be part of the Customer Operations team in Mexico.
From Veridas’ subsidiary in Mexico, the role will be responsible for, among other tasks:
Providing Level 2 support to on-premises customers, primarily in Mexico
Supporting cloud customers across all geographies outside of business hours in Spain
Performing routine operations on VeriSaaS Cloud
Performing routine operations on Phygital Cloud
Accessing and rebooting terminals
