Position Overview:
Join a thriving CPA firm looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to support tax compliance and advisory services. This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong educational background, hands-on tax experience, and the drive to grow professionally in a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through clear communication and service delivery
Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax documents
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business required
CPA license preferred; candidates with CPA exam progress will be considered
1–3 years of experience in public accounting with at least 1–2 busy seasons
Master’s in Taxation is a plus
Strong proficiency in tax software (UltraTax) and QuickBooks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
