From your PASSION to ours
Responsible for leading four direct reports, three Customer Category Managers (CCM), and a Senior Sales Analyst, the Customer Business Lead (CBL) is also responsible for delivering volume, revenue, and gross profit results across your assigned Customer.
The CBL and their team are responsible for understanding their assigned Customers’ specific business needs and are ultimately accountable for pricing, shelving, merchandising, and distribution execution.
