Position: B2B Support Consultant
Location: Remote ( US)
Duration: 6 months
Note - Only resources with valid work permit in US are encouraged to apply.
Experience
Two (2) years with IBM Sterling B2Bi/PCM and Tidal TWA application experience required. Five (5) years' AIX, Linux Server, and SFTP Server experience and five (5) years' experience in Unix scripting and maintaining scheduled services. Two (2) years customer service experience in claims management or insurance environment preferred. Experience with enterprise class scheduling and file transfer software preferred.
