Remote Customer Care Associate

About the Opportunity

Global Contact Services is hiring full-time Customer Care Associates for its growing North Carolina operation.

This is a work-from-home position supporting people with their daily transportation needs. You will assist customers by phone, provide accurate information, and help resolve their questions in a professional and compassionate manner.

No previous call center or customer service experience is required. We provide paid training and the support you need to succeed. However, applicants must have previous verifiable work experience.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls.

• Assist customers with their transportation-related needs.

• Provide accurate, friendly, and professional customer service.

• Enter and update customer information using company systems.

• Follow established procedures and quality standards.

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers.

• Maintain dependable attendance during training and scheduled shifts.

Requirements

To qualify, you must:

• Live within a 50-mile straight-line radius of Salisbury, North Carolina.

• Reside in either North Carolina or South Carolina.

• Be available to work 40 hours per week.

• Be able to select and consistently work one of the available full-time schedules.

• Have previous verifiable work experience.

• Have clear verbal communication skills.

• Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Have reliable high-speed internet.

• Have a quiet, dedicated workspace in your home.

• Be able to attend one required in-person training day at the какой эт office.

• Be comfortable appearing on camera during remote training.

• Be dependable and able to maintain regular attendance.

Previous customer service, call center, travel industry, or transportation experience is not required.

Training

Selected candidates will complete approximately three weeks of paid remote training.

Training includes:

• Instructor-led remote sessions.

• Camera participation during remote training.

• One required in-person training day at the North Carolina office.

• Instruction on the systems, processes, and customer service standards needed for the position.

Location Requirement

Although this is a work-from-home position, applicants must live within 50 miles of Salisbury, North Carolina.

The 50-mile radius is measured in a straight line, not by driving distance.

Residents of both North Carolina and South Carolina may apply, provided their home address is within the required radius.

This location requirement is mandatory. Applicants who live directly on or very close to the 50-mile boundary are still encouraged to apply.
