Job Description

For an important project located in SAN JUAN, we are looking for a PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR who must have availability to comply with the roster-turn 14x14.

Purpose / General Mission of the Position

Ensure compliance with administrative processes in the project. Be the reference/responsible for administrative management.

Education and Experience

Experience of 2 years in similar positions (preferably). Student or graduate of Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering (desirable).

Responsibilities and Requirements

Have residence in SAN JUAN

Compile through management systems daily project report.

Handle management systems SGO / Oracle / Krux

Provide support in logistics/maintenance/contracts/HR areas

Report personnel movements in the project

Management of stock/inventory control

Management and follow-up of staff induction

Compile procedure sheets
