Business Intelligence Developer

BI DeveloperWe are seeking a talented BI Developer to support the delivery of standardized, scalable, and self-service reporting solutions as part of our data transformation initiatives. This role is focused on designing high-quality reporting outputs that enable consistent, reliable, and business-aligned insights while reducing one-off reporting requests.The ideal candidate has strong experience in Power BI development, data modeling, and performance optimization, along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective, user-friendly dashboards and reports.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign and build Power BI semantic models, including tables, relationships, measures, and DAX calculationsDevelop interactive dashboards and reports aligned to standardized business reporting requirementsEnsure reporting outputs are consistent, reusable, and scalable, minimizing ad hoc report developmentOptimize report performance, data refresh strategies, and overall usabilityCollaborate with QA teams and business stakeholders to support validation and UAT processesEnable self-service reporting through well-designed, governed datasets and semantic modelsPartner with data engineering teams to ensure alignment between reporting and upstream data structuresTeamwork and CommunicationWork under Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. Provide daily status and feedback on the work performed. Assist in the analysis, design, development, and deployment of necessary data. Provide accurate explanations of any written code.
