Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (BMRAM) DispatcherFull Time Contract Title: Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (BMRAM) DispatcherContractor Location: Onsite, Dorado PRLength of Contract: 6 monthsPosition Description: We are seeking a BMRAM Dispatcher Contractor to support equipment and asset management remediation activities within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. You will handle reviewing, correcting, coordinating, and maintaining equipment records within the Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (BMRAM) system to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness. Activities include equipment record remediation, calibration/maintenance record reconciliation, documentation review, workflow coordination, and project support aligned with FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, and internal quality standards.ResponsibilitiesData Remediation & Integrity: Review, remediate, and clean up equipment records in BMRAM for accuracy, completeness, and compliance (including ownership, status, location, criticality, calibration schedules, and maintenance requirements).System Transactions: Process and coordinate BMRAM transactions for equipment additions, modifications, relocations, status updates, and decommissioning.Documentation & Compliance: Verify supporting technical documentation, ensuring full traceability, and keep audit readiness in compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP guidelines.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Facilities, Maintenance, and Calibration teams to resolve record discrepancies and close audit or CAPA-related action items.Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen asset management, equipment control processes, and tracking deliverables.QualificationsExperience: 2+ years of experience in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology).Technical Skills: Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems (BMRAM preferred), equipment lifecycle management, calibration programs, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations, GMP, and ISO 13485 standards.Languages: Fully proficient in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).Hands-on experience with BMRAM remediation projects or calibration laboratory operations. (preferred)Experience supporting internal/external audit remediation, CAPA activities, or equipment validation/change management processes.
