• Experienced Surrogates: $60,000 – $75,000+ base pay
• Total Package Value: Earn $55,000 – $85,000+ including milestone fees and allowances.
• Guaranteed Milestone Pay: $1,000 signing bonus, $500–$1,000 IVF start fee, $1,500–$2,000 transfer fee, and $200–$300/mo personal allowance.

Basic Requirements:

• Female between 21 and 42 years old living in an eligible US state
• Must have birthed at least one healthy child who currently lives with you
• Smooth pregnancy history with no major medical complications
• Non-smoker, drug-free, and healthy BMI (generally under 32)
• Financially stable (no non-medical state assistance)
