Posición a tiempo parcial, 28 horas por semana, de lunes a viernes, entre las 8:00AM a 4:00PM.

¿Cómo es un día típico como Asistente de Ventas y Servicio al Cliente? Estarás:
• Proporcionando un apoyo excepcional a los clientes de las tiendas respondiendo preguntas, abordando quejas y asegurando la satisfacción del cliente.
• Procesando pedidos y devoluciones de manera eficiente para mantener la lealtad del cliente.
• Asistiendo en proyectos especiales como la Preparación para la Reunión de algun cliente, cambios en el planograma y realizando investigaciones competitivas.

Este trabajo podría ser una excelente opción si tú:
• Tienes al menos dos años de experiencia en ventas o un área relacionada.
• Eres completamente bilingüe con fuertes habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español.
• Posees un sólido conocimiento de aplicaciones de PC, incluyendo PowerPoint, Microsoft Word y Excel.
• Puedes prosperar en un entorno matricial apoyando múltiples equipos.
