Executive Sales
The Sales Executive is responsible for the sale of our products and for providing an extraordinary experience before, during, and after the purchase of their vehicle.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Meet monthly with the minimum sales and production requirements established by the Company (monthly unit sales, daily calls, daily appointments, Dealer Socket requirements- email capture, To Do's DMS Deals among others).
- Market as a Professional of Bella Group, the brand that represents and all the products of the Company inside and outside the dealer.
- Meet the daily call and appointment requirements to achieve the sales goal established by the Company.
- Work together with the Manager and F&I to maximize business profits according to the stipulated goals.
- Give the due follow-up to sold and unsold customers to maintain the relationship and achieve results.
- Participate in all Training, Certifications, Modules, and Continuing Education Program offered by Bella Group, manufacturer or external consultants.
- Participate in exhibitions, special sales, and Company events.
- Any other task or function necessary for the good functioning of the Department and the Company.
Minimum requirements:
- Diploma of Fourth Year or Associate Degree.
- At least one year of sales or customer prospecting experience.
- Positive attitude and result-oriented.
- Ability to influence and negotiate.
- Desire to generate high income maximizing the commission plan.
- Availability to work extended hours and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Possess a valid driver's license in P.R.
- Availability for training in the San Juan area.
