We are excited to announce that we are looking for an Educational Specialist to join our team of over 10,000 global field representatives in several regions making over 20 million product details annually for our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Job Description : A Surgical Nurse position is available for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience assisting with minimally invasive surgical procedures. Experience or training in medical education and advanced English proficiency are required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Present educational portfolios and serve as the primary point of contact for universities and medical institutions regarding educational matters.
• Coordinate scheduling for all internal and external educational activities within the designated training space.
• Organize each training session in accordance with established protocols to ensure efficient and satisfactory outcomes.
• Guide healthcare professionals through educational programs, delivering both technical and clinical instruction throughout the learning process.
• Communicate effectively and assertively with internal stakeholders, as well as with representatives from universities and hospitals.
• Oversee and maintain all equipment, ensuring optimal functioning by communicating maintenance requirements as necessary.
• Manage surgical instruments and sample inventory to align with internal processes.
• Maintain a structured, responsible, and organized work environment.

The potential base pay range for this role is $45,000 - $47,500 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
