Job Description :
The Telemarketing and Customer Service is responsible for managing the processes related to the recruitment, guidance and enrollment of applicants who meet the requirements established by the institution. In addition, he / she will be responsible for efficiently transforming interested prospects into active students, contributing to the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and contact prospects interested in the academic programs offered by the Institution.
- Conduct orientation sessions to inform prospects about admission requirements, academic programs and institutional benefits.
- Manage the entire enrollment process, ensuring that the requirements demanded by regulatory agencies are met.
- Monitor and report on the progress of prospects through the various stages of the process, maximizing the conversion of prospects into enrolled students.
- Maintain constant and effective communication with candidates to clarify doubts and ensure their commitment during the admissions process.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to align strategies that support the achievement of enrollment goals.
Requirements :
Minimum of a completed Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.Demonstrable experience in sales and customer service.Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.Have own vehicle.Valid Puerto Rico driver's license.
