Housekeeper Wanted - Experienced Housekeeper Needed In San Sebastian / Galteteo Alto, Puerto Rico $15 / Hr

I live in the mountains and San Sebastian and I'm looking for a experienced housekeeper. I am extremely flexible as far as what hours and days would like to work as I work from home and do not have children. Duties will be general upkeep and cleaning of the home things like dishes mopping sweeping , bathroom, countertops, windows and general upkeep of home cleanliness with opportunity for more hours should you want them helping organize my home as I just moved here a little while ago from the states though organizing does not need to be a component of the job if you rather keep it to cleaning only. I am honest and upfront person and I'm looking for the same in my house keeper as well as being kind considerate and paying attention to detail which I also am. I would like to find someone who is interested in providing housekeeping services on a regular or fairly regular basis for me though the exact time or day of the week can change as needed. I'm friendly flexible and fair and if you think you would be a good fit please reach out. I don't speak much Spanish if any really but I'm trying to learn and I'm open to any lessons people want to give me though probably need somebody to speak at least a very minimal amount of English though they do not need to be fluent. I offer a competitive rate and aldo offer a lot of freedom in deciding how involved you do or do not want to be - be it just cleaning services inside the home, to helping organizing and decorating if you like, and, if you like outdoors, I even have 7.5 acres of land and a beautiful back yard that I could also use help with as I didn't know much about the vegetation here. While these are options, I they are not a requirement for the job, at previously mentioned there is a lot of freedom I offer in what your duties will be. I arrive to make opportunities for situations that benefit all people involved equally and believe most things are negotiable.
