Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Field Marketing Specialist / Manager in a tier 1 B2B technology or cybersecurity company.
- Fully bilingual (English / Spanish a must).
- Extraordinary organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the IT industry and the indirect channel ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success managing vendors and marketing agencies.
- Expertise in executing integrated campaigns across digital, events, and social platforms and in-person events.
- Familiarity with SFDC and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Eloqua)
- Knowledge of telemarketing / business development and sales processes.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams (Sales, Channels, Engineering), partners, and customers.
- Experience in thought leadership initiatives.
- Ability to travel up to 50%. Ideal candidate should be in Colombia or Puerto Rico
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (MBA and marketing certifications a plus).
