Facilities Coordinator

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of the commercial office building(s). This role ensures that all building systems function properly, tenants’ needs are met, and compliance with safety and building codes is maintained.

• Operations & Maintenance

o Perform regular inspections of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators).

o Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs.

o Respond promptly to emergencies such as leaks, outages, or equipment failures.

o Manage service contracts for specialized work (e.g., HVAC, electrical).

o Inspect contractor work for compliance with specifications and safety standards.

o Communicate maintenance schedules and building updates.

o Address tenant complaints and requests professionally.

o Ensure adherence to local building codes and safety regulations.

o Maintain security protocols for entry / exit points and emergency procedures.

o Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory.

o Assist in budgeting for building operations and maintenance.
