Primary Responsibilities :

Draft and prepare Notice of Action and Notice of Extension letters in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.

Customize letter content to meet the specific requirements of government and commercial clients, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

Maintain strict adherence to regulatory, client, and accreditation standards in all written communications.

Utilize product and service knowledge to identify and apply the correct letter templates based on individual case details.

Required Qualifications :

1+ years of experience in healthcare environment

Experience working with Microsoft Word (creating, editing, saving documents) and Microsoft Excel (creating, editing, saving spreadsheets)

Experience working with a PC and windows applications

Professional English proficiency

Willing or ability to work 40 hours / week during standard business operating hours Monday - Friday from 8am - 8pm (It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime on weekends and holidays)

Ability to undergo cross-training in accordance with business needs

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in a call center setting environment

Professional experience in a clinical, clerical, or administrative support related role

Experience working within the healthcare industry

Working knowledge of medical terminology
