Descripción del trabajoBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or a related technical field from an accredited university. Mandatory : Valid license / active membership with CIAPR. Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in large photovoltaic projects (+50 MW). Knowledge of mechanical assembly, including pile leveling, tracker leveling, panel anchoring, and visual inspection of structures. Experience supervising subcontractors and managing construction activities. Understanding of state, federal, and local contracting requirements and labor laws. Familiarity with photovoltaic industry standards and quality protocols. Strong leadership skills in team environments. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to conduct field inspections and participate in project walk-downs on uneven surfaces. Ability to pass drug screening, physical, and background checks. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other construction-related applications. Fluency in English and Spanish. Willingness to work at a remote site.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Supervise the assembly, installation, and execution of various works on site according to the development of activities during execution, start-up, or commissioning.
- Review client requirements and technical specifications.
- Manage subcontracted companies, controlling daily progress of work.
- Ensure quality control during assembly and installation of tracker structures.
- Make personnel and time estimates.
- Interpret plans and technical drawings.
