Engineer

For Engineering services in the Manufacturing area. WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and previous experience within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.

Bilingual: Spanish and English Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Shift: Administrative shift (M-F 8:00AM to 5:00PM) Experience in: Strong technical skills, including MS Office (MS Project), basic statistics, and understanding of engineering principles, processes, and equipment.

Solid problem‑solving, analytical, organizational, and communication abilities with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and contribute to projects and process improvements.

Ability to work effectively with teams, internal partners, and vendors while building stable professional relationships.

Commitment to Environmental Health & Safety, Quality System requirements, and proper waste handling and compliance.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Improve manufacturing processes using engineering methods (e.g., LEAN methods, basic statistics) for continuous process improvement.

Develop basic experiments and tests (including writing and executing protocols) to qualify and validate manufacturing processes; analyze results, make recommendations, and develop reports.

Analyze and resolve basic Manufacturing and Compliance issues (e.g., CAPA, non-conformances, audit observations).

Develop training and documentation materials (e.g., work instructions) for production to enable the seamless knowledge transfer of project and manufacturing processes.

Establish project plans to ensure deliverables are completed to customer’s expectations, using project management tools (e.g., Project Plan, Risk Analysis).

Identify opportunities for re-design/design of basic equipment, tools, fixtures, etc.

to improve manufacturing processes.

Oversee manufacturing support tasks; give instruction to technicians on conducting tests; train technicians and provide feedback; and coordinate technician work.

Incidental duties.
