Job Description
- Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
- Develop and optimize the arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure the most efficient and productive layout.
- Design the sequence of operations and specify procedures for the fabrication of tools, equipment, and other functions that affect product performance.
- Adapt machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
- Incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan as needed.
- Inspect the performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency, and investigate and initiate corrective actions to ensure product quality.
- Develop manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control and develop related techniques.
- Provide guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
- Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Deliver and oversee projects from design to implementation while adhering to company policies.
- Communicate primarily with internal stakeholders to share status, needs, and issues, and support decision-making.
- Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals or support staff as needed.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
Demonstrated practical knowledge and competence within the field, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Technical Skills (Top 3 Must-Haves)
Hands-on experience in Process Validation and Computerized System Validations (CSV).
Proficiency in CAD Design for manufacturing layouts and equipment.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including building and managing complex spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to solve moderately complex problems and make recommendations to improve systems and processes.
Capable of working independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects.
