We're hiring a Social Video Editor to turn raw footage into high-performing, short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This role is perfect for someone who’s immersed in social media and understands how to make edits that feel fast, native, and culturally relevant.

You should be skilled in short-form editing, comfortable working with trends, and able to pitch and execute creative video ideas that match the tone and goals of each client. You\'ll collaborate closely with producers, designers, and marketing leads, so a team-oriented mindset is key.

You have a sharp eye for what\'s working in the social landscape and can reverse-engineer formats that go viral. Whether it\'s repurposing a podcast moment or crafting a meme-style micro-video from scratch, you know how to adapt footage into formats that audiences actually want to watch. We\'re looking for someone who thinks beyond the edit, brings fresh ideas, adapts quickly, and understands what makes content perform. If you follow creators like MrBeast, Alex Hormozi, Jay Shetty, or Corporate Natalie and know why their videos work, you\'ll feel right at home in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Short-Form Video Editing

• Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using raw footage, screen recordings, and b-roll.
• Repurpose podcast episodes, interviews, and client content into platform-native clips.
• Add music, captions, animations, and effects that align with platform trends and brand guidelines.
• Format all videos for vertical (9 : 16) mobile-first viewing.
• Create visually dynamic, emotionally resonant edits that stop the scroll.
