Key Responsibilities
Depending on role focus and organizational needs, responsibilities may include :
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close activities
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior leadership
- Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and risk management activities
- Mentor junior finance or accounting staff as responsibilities increase
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldCPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA preferred (role-dependent)5–10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting rolesStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standardsExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisAdvanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearlyLeadership potential and readiness to step into senior responsibilitiesBenefits
